Minority Takeover

The latest census, which covered up to the year 2013, demonstrated that there were only 2,493 more white babies than minorities. At this point, mostly everyone is aware of the rapid growing population of minorities in the U.S, however on today’s date it shows minorities have not over taken white births fast enough as expected. A lot of this is due to the fact that there was a birth decline for immigrant,

and hispanic women. Immigrant, and Hispanic women are the main reason for the nation's demographic future where non-hispanic whites will no longer be majority in the United States. The census bureau also predicted that no racial or ethnic group will account for more than half the total U.S. population by 2043.
